These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TRKGO website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using TRKGO, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you are advised to discontinue using the TRKGO platform.

1. About TRKGO

TRKGO is a technology-enabled food ordering and delivery platform that connects users with third-party restaurants and delivery partners.

TRKGO does not prepare, cook, or manufacture food. Food quality, preparation, hygiene, and packaging are the sole responsibility of the respective restaurant partners.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use TRKGO.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information while creating an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Use of Platform

Users agree:

  • Not to misuse the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities

  • Not to place fake, bulk, or abusive orders

  • Not to violate any applicable laws or regulations

TRKGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders placed on TRKGO are subject to acceptance by the restaurant.

  • Prices, taxes, delivery charges, and platform fees are displayed at checkout.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

  • TRKGO is not responsible for payment gateway failures or banking delays.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by TRKGO’s Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, published separately on the platform and forming an integral part of these Terms.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines shown are estimated and may vary due to operational conditions.

  • Delivery may fail due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or unreachable phone number.

  • TRKGO shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery details

  • Be available to receive orders

  • Treat delivery partners and restaurant staff respectfully

Any abusive or threatening behavior may result in account suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • TRKGO shall not be liable for food quality, quantity, taste, or hygiene.

  • TRKGO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • TRKGO’s liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on TRKGO belong to TRKGO or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Third-Party Services

TRKGO may contain links or integrations with third-party services. TRKGO is not responsible for their actions, policies, or content.

11. Termination

TRKGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform without prior notice in case of:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

12. Changes to Terms

TRKGO may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

👉 All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Alwar, Rajasthan.
