Refund policy

Platform: TRKGO (Food Delivery Platform)

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for orders placed through the TRKGO platform.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following situations:

a. Order Cancelled Before Food Preparation

  • If an order is cancelled before the restaurant starts food preparation, a full refund may be initiated.

b. Order Cancelled by TRKGO / Restaurant

A full refund will be issued if an order is cancelled due to:

  • Restaurant unavailability or closure

  • Item(s) being unavailable

  • Location not serviceable

  • Technical or payment failures


2. Post-Preparation / Delivered Orders

a. No Refund After Food Preparation

  • Once food preparation has begun, refunds are generally not permitted, as food is prepared exclusively for the customer.

b. Refunds for Order Issues (Case-by-Case)

Partial or full refunds may be considered for:

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged or spoiled food

Such refunds are subject to verification by TRKGO (photos, order details, system logs).


3. Delivery-Related Issues

Refund eligibility will be evaluated if:

  • The order is undelivered due to operational failure

  • Delivery is cancelled due to platform or delivery partner issues

No refund will be issued if delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect delivery address

  • Customer unavailability or unreachable phone number


4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during the transaction

  • TRKGO is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways


5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable, unless the entire order is cancelled by TRKGO:

  • Delivery charges

  • Platform or service fees

  • Taxes and statutory charges


6. Refund Abuse Prevention

TRKGO reserves the right to:

  • Decline refund requests in cases of suspected misuse or fraud

  • Restrict refund eligibility for accounts showing repeated refund abuse


7. Final Authority

All refund decisions are made by TRKGO, based on order status, restaurant confirmation, and system records.


8. Policy Updates

TRKGO may modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
