TRKGO follows an industry-standard cancellation policy similar to leading food delivery platforms, designed to balance customer convenience and restaurant operations.
Orders may be cancelled only before the restaurant has started preparing the food.
If cancelled at this stage, the customer may be eligible for a full refund, subject to payment gateway timelines.
Once the restaurant has accepted the order and started food preparation, cancellation is not permitted.
This is because food is prepared specifically for the customer and cannot be reused or resold.
TRKGO reserves the right to restrict or suspend cancellation privileges for accounts showing repeated misuse of cancellations.
An order may be cancelled by TRKGO or the restaurant due to:
Item unavailability
Restaurant operational issues
Location not serviceable
Technical or payment failures
In such cases, a full refund will be initiated automatically.
If the delivery partner is unable to reach the customer due to:
Incorrect address
Unreachable phone number
Customer unavailability
the order may be cancelled, and refund eligibility will be determined based on order status and preparation stage.
Due to the perishable nature of food, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.
The decision regarding order cancellation and refund eligibility rests solely with TRKGO, based on order status, restaurant confirmation, and system logs.
TRKGO may revise this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
TRKGO is a technology-enabled platform facilitating food ordering and delivery.
Food preparation, quality, and packaging are the responsibility of the respective restaurant partners.
